SignLanguage-Translator.com is a free ASL vocabulary learning aid. It is not a professional interpreting service, and nothing on this site should be relied upon for medical, legal, emergency, or other high-stakes communication. Always use a qualified, certified interpreter for important matters.

Accuracy

Sign descriptions are text-based guides researched from established ASL references and rewritten in original words. While we work to keep them correct, ASL has regional variation and we cannot guarantee every description matches every signer's usage. If you spot an error, please tell us via the contact page.

Acceptable use

• Use the site for personal learning and education.
• Don't scrape, copy, or republish large portions of the dictionary content.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the site or misrepresent it as a certified interpreting service.

Content ownership

Site design, text, and dictionary wording are the property of FK Digital Media. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution; republication of substantial content requires permission.
