How to sign “Now” in BSL

Time

BSL and ASL are different languages — this is the British sign. See the ASL sign for “Now” instead

Step by step

  1. Hold both hands out in front of you, palms facing up, fingers together and flat.
  2. Bounce both hands up and down together in unison, repeating the motion.

Practice tip

Keep both hands moving together at the same speed — the repetition marks 'right now'.
