How to sign “Know” in BSL
BSL and ASL are different languages — this is the British sign. See the ASL sign for “Know” instead
Step by step
- Make a fist with your thumb sticking out.
- Tap the side of your head with your thumb, repeating the tap.
Practice tip
Make the thumb tap land visibly on the head — a vague wave near the face will not read clearly.
